Srabanti Chowdhury's Research Group
Note: "To all students seeking Ph.D. in our research areas which includes semiconductor research for energy efficient, thermally managed, environmentally sustainable electronics, please apply to Stanford PhD programs.
We work towards developing Wide-Bandgap and Ultra-Wide Bandgap technology to provide electronics that benefit the growing need for power density.
Frequency and Power - if cleverly combined, it can lead to energy-efficient, lightweight, space-economic electronics that support a green planet and beyond!
We also celebrate making and building stuff in our group and preparing our students and postdocs to become global leaders!

Our goal and Our approach:
Our group is dedicated to excellence in science, technology, and leadership. We are committed to fostering an engaging workplace and a supportive, inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome, regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, or political beliefs.
