Ali Ebadi Yekta

Ali Ebadi Yekta is a Postdoctoral Scholar in the Wide Bandgap Laboratory. His PhD research was on development of cubic and hexagonal boron nitride thin films for integration with diamond for high-power and high-frequency applications, and for integration with memristor devices for next-generation non-volatile memory devices.His expertise includes thin-film deposition techniques such as PECVD and ALD, surface science, and film characterization techniques. His current research focuses on growth of diamond and III-nitride materials and the fabrication of devices based on these materials for next-generation high-power, high-frequency electronic applications.
