Chandrahaas Vadali

Chandrahaas Vadali is a second year Master's student in the department of Material Science and Engineering. He received his Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Madras, with a minor in semiconductor devices from the Electrical Engineering department. Currently, Chandrahaas is pursuing his Master's thesis on theoretical understanding and mesoscale modeling of impact ionization in wide bandgap materials such as GaN and diamond. His general interests include device physics, fabrication, and device modeling. In his free time, he likes to sketch, go for a run, and pursue Carnatic music.
