Colin Shan

Colin Shan received his B.S. in Material Science and Engineering from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2024. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at Stanford University, where he is working as a researcher in the WBG lab. His research focuses on improving thermal management in power and RF devices through the integration of polycrystalline diamond.
