Jakob Stavehaug

Jakob Stavehaug received his B.Sc. degree in Materials Science and Engineering with Highest Honors from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Champaign, IL, in 2025. His undergraduate research thesis focused on developing Gallium Oxide/Gallium Nitride heterojunctions for power applications. His current research interests include understanding wide bandgap materials for AI data centers and fabricating advanced devices for high-performance power applications.
