Matti Thurston

Matti Thurston is a current member of the Wide-Bandgab Lab pursuing a PhD in Materials Science & Engineering at Stanford University. His research focuses on the design, material growth, device fabrication, and testing of transistors capable of surviving and operating in extreme environments, such as AlN / AlGaN HEMTs. He received his M.S. in Materials Science & Eng. from Stanford University in 2023 and his B.S. in Materials Science & Eng. from Cornell University in 2018.
