Rafael Perez Martinez

Rafael Perez Martinez received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering (summa cum laude) and his M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering (thesis option) from Georgia Tech in 2016 and 2019, respectively. He pursued his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at Stanford University in the WBG Lab, where he was a recipient of the Stanford Graduate Fellowship in Science & Engineering (SGF). His research focused on the modeling and characterization of RF/mm-Wave and high-power electronics based on III-N and wide-bandgap semiconductors using novel optimization and machine learning techniques. Rafael Perez Martinez graduated with his Ph.D. in 2024.
